Joining Forum When you first arrive to Tainted Souls, which it is located between two great mountains, you come though the ridges between the mountains right when they meet. It is a long and tiring journey for wolves to get here, which is why usually they stay in this beautiful hidden paradise. Its a mixture of mountain ranges, the beginning of the forest and nice plains and woods near a creek. Borders are located in the North Territory. |

Wedged neatly between Lilanul River and the Amarlin Basin, the valley is full of large game during the hours of dawn and dusk; during the wetter season, it tends to flood in the end closest to the basin; the opposite side of the valley is filled to the brim with many species of flowers that are frequented by moth, butterfly, bird, and bats galore. |

Merricua Rainforest |

Classic of a rainforest, Merricua receives a vast quantity of rain each year, something in the area of seventy inches. Home to a tropical concoction of plant and wildlife, vines, shrubs and trees live below the canopy of the larger damaged sections, but others are completely maneuverable. Snakes, wild cats, birds such as eagles, turtles, chameleons, monkeys and fungi are all present and doing well without the deforestation of humans. Dissected in areas by the Envy Falls creek, the areas close to these small arteries are overly abundant in insect life around these areas. |

A marvelous waterfall of crystal clean waters that fall over from heights as high as three hundred feet, with smaller falls within it from as little as ten feet above. The water collects in a small bed about twenty feet deep and from there trickles into a creek that runs throughout the Merricua Rainforest. |

Pack Territory
Not surprisingly, Valencia is just as rich with life and energy as the rest of the plains. Freshwater fish dart about under the surface and the water is crisp and pure. The Angelico's were smart in their choice of a home, and have lived here for many years. Without fear of the Volcano, they are blissfully ignorant of the danger to the South West. Few dangers are present near the packlands, but puppies are warned to stay away from the human ruins. |

Fertile landscape filled to the brim with fauna and flora. The closest territory to the border lands, the Angelico's live near a lake at its center known as Valencia. The plains are primarily flat, however that doesn't mean barren, they are home to various shubbery, and in some places small woodlands have sprung up. It seems that the plains were the result of erosion of the mountains, and that at some time they must have been home to humans as crops of maize now grow wild in some places and in the north east, there are ruins made of carved stone. |

Unlike the Ortango Mountain Range's dormant volcano, Costa Volcana has been an active volcano almost since its development, there hasn't been an eruption in nearly two hundred years. A lush tropical forest on the east side, the volcano seems almost harmless except for the rare steam vent which yields a somewhat hidden danger. The west coast is anything but habitable, dabbed with hundreds of steam vents, the waters of the pacific below are almost constantly boiling due to the geothermal factors, a slip into these waters is a death sentence. Close to the bottom of the east side of the volcano lies a system of shallow, but stable caverns, which are home to the Diabolicos. |

Pack Territory Nestled near the lower elevation of Costa Volcana, the caverns are lit for the first few hundred feet, however the deeper traversed, the darker they become. Due to their location, one would feel as though they were living within a living and breathing danger, however due to the caves been more shallow, they are cooler than one might think. A danger lies in the volcano itself, the diabolicos are used to living in its shadow, but certainly not immune to surprises. |

South of Costa Volcana, lies sands of rich gold and occasionally speckles of volcanic rock. Due to the ocean currents, the north end of the beach is somewhat warmer, leaching heat from the boiling waters near the volcano, but heading south the waters are cooler, the current bringing cold water from the south up and around the lands. It is not uncommon to catch glimpses of manatee, sea turtles which defied the odds and made a spectacular comeback as the humans waged war, as well as whale sharks which seem to be harmless. Other sharks are abundant, yet attacks are rare on wolves. |

Geothermal hot spring, waters around 110 degrees Fahrenheit, rumored to be a gift from the spirits; it is believed to have medical purposes, though the exact specifications are not known, water collected from it aids in healing. |

Water coming off of the Ortango mountain range and higher elevations drains into the Lilanul River in this large four mile area of land, after being collected. Primarily flat with a few strategic hills, the basin is home to shrubbery and numerous rodents; hot dry summers are common. Primarily sandy with ferns and other small plants, the basin is typically vacant during the summer, dehydration a danger. |
